Deposits and withdrawals

To play live tables, you need a funded account. The platform accepts Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow transfers, as well as standard bank transfers via online banking. Ringgit balances are credited directly. Withdrawal requests for live winnings are processed through the same channels. E-wallet payouts usually arrive within minutes, while bank transfers may take a few hours or one business day, depending on your bank's processing time.

A single account can hold a maximum balance of 50,000 ringgit at any time.

Responsible gaming tools

The platform includes deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. You can set these before starting a live session from the account settings menu. This helps you control your spending in real money games. Self-exclusion is available for players who need a break. If you feel your play is becoming problematic, the site also lists contacts for local support services, though the platform itself does not provide counselling.

The site’s terms state that bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.

Game selection

The live dealer section on this platform offers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker variants. Each table runs with a human dealer via video stream, and the interface shows real-time statistics for informed decisions. Players can filter games by dealer language or betting range. Most tables operate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, making it straightforward for local users to follow the action without language barriers.

Live roulette offers a racetrack betting layout for Malaysian players familiar with the variant.

Betting limits explained

Minimum bets start low, often around RM10, while high-roller tables go significantly higher. The lobby clearly displays each table's limit range, so you can pick one that matches your bankroll. Before joining, check the maximum bet for side bets if you use them. This platform allows you to adjust chip sizes quickly, and the table view confirms your stake before the round begins.

Bank transfer withdrawals over 5,000 ringgit require a manual review by the finance team.

Starting your first session

After logging in, open the live dealer tab and browse the tables. Select one with a suitable limit and press 'Join'. You will be placed in a queue if the table is full, but most sessions start within seconds. Test the interface with a low-stakes game first to understand the rules and pace. Always set a budget for the session and stick to it. The platform's history tab shows your past rounds, helping you review your play.

The support team cannot reverse a completed withdrawal once it has left the cashier.

Mobile play experience

The live dealer lobby is fully optimised for mobile browsers and apps. You can rotate your phone to landscape for a wider view, and touch controls for betting are responsive on both iOS and Android devices. A stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection is essential to avoid lag. The platform offers a low-data mode that reduces video quality but keeps the game running smoothly, useful for players with limited mobile data.

Each slot game has a minimum bet of 0.20 ringgit and a maximum bet of 100 ringgit.

Language and support

Live tables are hosted by dealers who speak English or Bahasa Malaysia, depending on the room. The chat system displays messages in both languages, and common phrases are pre-set for quick communication. Customer support for live dealer queries operates 24/7. You can reach them via live chat or email from the help centre. Response times are generally quick, but for urgent issues like a disconnected stream, live chat is more efficient.

The sportsbook displays odds in decimal format, with a margin of around 4% on major leagues.

Live dealer technology

The platform uses multiple camera angles and optical character recognition to track cards and wheel results. This data appears on your screen instantly, reducing disputes and speeding up gameplay. Streams run in high definition with stable latency, even on standard mobile internet in Malaysia. A chat box lets you interact with the dealer and other players, but keep messages respectful to avoid being muted.

A player can have only one active bonus at a time, including free spins and deposit matches.
